For drivers

How much does it cost to post a job?: Nothing. Posting a job and receiving offers is free. You only pay the price of the offer you choose, and BIDR never adds a booking fee on top.
How quickly will I get offers?: Most jobs receive their first offers within minutes during the day. Each offer shows the price, the arrival window, what's included and the provider's rating.
When do I pay?: After you accept an offer. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is secured — that's also the moment the chat opens and your exact location is shared with the provider.
Why can't I see the provider's phone number before paying?: To keep everyone protected, all contact happens in BIDR's private chat until a booking is confirmed. It means every job has a record if something goes wrong.
What if the provider doesn't turn up?: Report the issue from the job screen. Nothing is released to the provider until you confirm the work is complete, and our team can refund a job that wasn't carried out.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Before a provider is on the way you can cancel free of charge. Once a provider has started travelling, our cancellation policy applies.

What does it cost to join?: £0 to join, £0 per lead and £0 to send an offer. BIDR charges a success fee only when you win and complete a job.
How is the success fee calculated?: 12% capped at £19.99. The customer pays exactly what you quote and the fee comes out of your proceeds, so a bigger job never costs you more than the cap.
When do I get paid?: Payment is secured from the customer before you travel and released to your payout account after the job is confirmed complete.
How long does verification take?: Most complete submissions are checked automatically within moments of finishing onboarding. Anything unclear goes to a BIDR reviewer, who usually responds within one working day.
Can I see jobs before I'm approved?: You can finish onboarding and explore the dashboard straight away. Live paid jobs are matched only to approved accounts.
