1. Tell us the problem
Choose what's happened, add your registration and tyre size if you know it, and upload a photo of the tyre. Not sure of the size? We show you where to find it on the sidewall.
2. Share your location
Use your device location or enter an address. We ask whether you're somewhere safe — if you're roadside we tell you to prioritise your own safety first.
3. Receive offers
Your job goes out to nearby verified providers covering your area. Each offer shows a total price, an arrival window, the tyre being fitted and what's included.
4. Pick one
Sort by recommended, fastest, lowest price or best rated. Confirm the offer you want and follow your provider to your location.
